1.3 Business description

L’Art Deco/Fleur Mystique is a specialised flower shop in the centre of Ghent. We want to make it possible for our (potential) customers to buy a bouquet online.

Flowers are a really popular product. They are given on almost every occasion, so there’s a high demand. We think that it should be possible to buy flowers online, because people should be able to order them, whenever they want to/whenever they think about it.

Buying online also means saving a lot of time and stress for our customers. The consumer shouldn’t lose his/her precious time, looking for a parking spot, stressing in the traffic jam,.... He/she should be able to buy a bouquet of flowers, one (or even two) week(s) before he/she needs it, with a few simple ‘clicks’.

1.4 Reasons why this business could benefit from setting up a webshop
